Not a Payment Processor

TrustBill is a record-keeping tool designed to help users track invoices, payments, and maintain an audit trail. TrustBill does NOT facilitate the transfer of funds or act as a payment processor. All payments are made directly between the parties involved, outside of the TrustBill platform. We are not responsible for the processing, security, or completion of any payments.

Liability and Disputes

TrustBill acts solely as a ledger for tracking transactions. We are not liable for any disputes, delays, or issues arising from payments made outside of the TrustBill platform. Users are responsible for verifying and resolving off-platform payment discrepancies directly with their counterparties.

Once an invoice is approved and recorded on TrustBill, its history becomes immutable to maintain a transparent audit trail. Users acknowledge and agree that approved invoice records cannot be altered or removed from the system.

AI Scanning & Verification

TrustBill uses AI to scan attachments and pre-fill invoice details like amounts and currencies. While this streamlines your workflow, AI may occasionally misinterpret data from complex documents.

Important: Always verify all fields before sending an invoice. Once a recipient approves a bill, it becomes an immutable part of your shared ledger and cannot be edited.

Governing License Agreement
