How do I pay an invoice?

TrustBill is a record-keeping platform and does not process payments directly. All payments for invoices tracked on TrustBill should be made off-platform, directly between the sender and receiver. Please coordinate with your counterparty to arrange payment methods.

Does TrustBill convert currencies?

TrustBill records invoice amounts in their raw, original currency values. We do not perform any currency conversions or apply exchange rates. Users are responsible for any currency conversions required for off-platform payments.

Can I decline an invoice?

Yes, if an invoice is issued to you that you dispute or do not agree with, you can decline it within the TrustBill app. Declining an invoice will mark it as disputed in the ledger and notify the sender.

How do I control who sees my profile?

Your profile visibility is controlled by the 'Discoverable' toggle in your settings. If enabled, other users can find you by your @username. If disabled, your profile will only be visible to those with whom you have existing invoice relationships.
